you cannot give out the formula.. you should devise a cognitive test to " test the strength. the individuals. " some get a K
some get an E some get an M and the others get an 0 .. no emotional content to the classification. no ABC or 123 .
according to the task the weights of each should differ, It will revolutionize governance.

can then use the data base to set up their own committees). The only tricky parts have to do with how you classify the
purpose of the committee — which will drive what types of members ought to be included.... The question is whether
they would be more willing to pay for that or to pay for a continual process of the sort you outline below (which does

I believe I have a great idea . I think you can use this in a way that would make money, get you involved with
interesting people, have you work on your traslational cognitive stuff and really make a difference, If that were not
enough, you would also have fun - first you will have to change the categories, into scientific sounding titles.. no one
would want to be labled a " reactor ". they will all need to be positive sounding. the Vertically integrated brain, is a
nice pun
