These are the items that we would like to discuss in addition to Gary's budget & schedule items:
I. Overall Master Plan Update
2. Private Drive from Driveway to Office Pavilion
3. Boat Dock Entry Study
4. Helipad & ATV Garage Concept (Attached)
5. Typical Road Paving Detail
Attached is a concept site plan study for the Helipad & ATV Garage. This concept envisions that the existing
stone stairs and walls would remain but the new ATV Garage & Lobby areas would be lowered approximately
5'-6' below existing grade. This would allow the roof area to be grassed over and become part of the helipad.
This concept is probably the cleanest and also reduces the structure costs of the building.
