Suhail,
Many thanks for your update.
As I write this, our operations have ceased to be under our control and are being transferred to BOLIPUERTOS personnel.
We are presenting BOLIPUERTOS staff with our cargo and equipment inventory — and are hoping we will get them signed
as receipt.
Will keep informed.
Regards — RICARDO.

Asunto: Re: Puerto Cabello, Venezuela
Gentlemen,
I spoke with the Venezuelan Ambassador PA in UAE clarifying today's Official BOLIPUERTOS Gazette. He checked with
the Venezuelan Foreign Ministry regarding impact of current decision on DP World. Their response was that each terminal
operator case will be reviewed separately. They again assured DP World investment will be secured as per Venezuelan
President talk with our Foreign Minister.
We agreed to keep our communication channel open during the weekend in case of any new developments.
Ricardo, please let me know of any news so I can inform the Venezuelan Embassy.
Regards,
Suhail.

Suhail,
I know you spoke to the embassy. As you can see this is now a very very crucial stage and is taking a very bad turn.
We need to move very very quickly and urgently and get to the Ambassador immediately.
We should also use uae govt channels.
Ricardo:
1. People safety is absolutely paramount.
2. Till such time we can, we continue to operate.
3. You need to get an inventory of all assets including equipment, cash on hand, receivables etc and send asap.
Sean: as position develops we will have to decide how we communicate with customers. Hold at this time till we are clear
on specific status.
Matt:
Pls establish immediate contact with Ricardo and Dave and keep us appraised continually of situation.
