We located a lighting manufacturer, Beachside Lighting, in Hawaii who make a variety of non-corrosive, wet
location fixtures specifically for beachside locations.
The fixtures are made in the USA and the bulbs are easy to get.
Please review the following recessed fixture for the Office Pavilion terrace ceiling:
Recessed Trim A:
Cast brass with rough finish, .8" overall thickness,
OR
Recess Trim B:
Smooth brass finish, very low profile, .125" thickness.
Because of our location, both these solid brass trims will eventually have the green patina, see photo.
The lighting is low voltage MR16.
