company in Honduras. He was told to HOLD the check only, because it would not clear, purchaser needs 45 days to
acquire financing to dose. Purchase price was $255,000.00 Don also said if another offer is received equal or greater than
their contract, the current purchaser has option to meet the price and must produce funds.
The new boat that was ordered has been delayed and is expected to deliver May 18th now,
