RE: Proposal for Architectural Services for GSJ Caretaker's Cottage

It was a pleasure meeting with you to discuss various planned projects on
Great St. James.
Enclosed is a proposal for architectural services to be performed for the
Caretaker's Cottage. It includes a brief description of the project as
discussed at the meeting.
Upon approval of the enclosed documents, I will ask that the Proposal as
well as that attached Terms and Conditions be signed and each page
initialed and the original documents returned with the required initial
payment made payable to Boschulte Design Studio. Copies of these
documents will be included in your Project Organizer binder.
