Please find enclosed our revised budget for 9 East 71st Street. We are excited to actually begin.
Regardless of the client's preferred schedule, we recommend that this project be contracted
and some modest deposit issued so that we may order the longest lead items. (THG and
Waterworks are several months). We can accumulate all the materials, work on submittals and
samples for you, and begin whenever is convenient on site.
