Good afternoon Rich,
We finally closed on our loan (it took almost six weeks just to get an appraiser assigned).
Unfortunately, we could only get $150,000 cash-out because of the cap on the loan amount for a two-
family home. I spoke to JE re how I pay the $150,000 back to STC and he said to speak with you.
Do you want me to write a check and mail it to you? Or, should I have Jeanne deposit it locally? JE
said of the balance that we will figure something out. I will be able to pay the $50,000 plus the
interest within the first six months of 2017. Let me know your thoughts, thanks.
