Jeffrey, can I ask you a HUGE favor? Can you please take a min and glean through this and let me know your
thoughts, in terms of the numbers/do they make sense, and would you consider this a sound investment if I could
get in on this (last) round before ipo?
I know magazines aren't your thing, but I'm seriously considering this, so any thoughts/opinions you might offer
would be greatly appreciated. I spoke with both owners of Joy yesterday. One of them has been planning to come
to NY at the end of the month and as of yesterday the other owner will most likely be joining him.
