Once you speak to Manny and relate to Jeffrey and me what Manny said about proceeding and you get JE's approval to send the revised agreement, please send the revised agreement to Manny but do not send it signed by us. We need to wait until Manny signs it and sends it back before we countersign. You should ask JE if he wants to send a red lined version or just my revised version.
