Ok. I was waiting on some direction from you as I just realized a few da s ago we will be providing free
housing. Tes / Leo earn approx 20.5 per hour. I had a nice talk witl yesterday explaining a trial period of
6-8 weeks then we would consider payroll and health insurance. She is very pleasant and was ok with that
scenario. Should we start her at 17-18 per hour? Please advise. Thank you.
