good afternoon erika -
back from my travels and have gotten to the inspection report. i understand the permit for the cistern was
issued, so now it's the one for the clean up of the property, planting of mango and palm trees and the flag pole.
you should have received my email regarding the limitations on the height of the flagpole. if you have any
questions on it, please feel free to ask. on the planting area, no dimensions were provided on the map. in
dave's walk through with jeff, he showed an approximate area of about 30' x 60'; however, we need this to be
depicted in a set of drawings and submitted to us. the drawings that were submitted just have a square that
reads "landscape area," but we need dimensions to be provided.
