please send my apolgies to Mr Kiss. Im told he was insulted . I try to never insult someone unintentionally.
I am certain that my bid for his house is the only real bid with money behind it. . The market is what the
market is. I buy and sell things evry day. Most times I wish that what i was selling woudl bring more.
however , eventually i must accept , no other real buyers. . a house in newport rhode island, offered at 11 m
down from 13. . just sold for 2.5. . it is only one of many examples of high end houses.
