Here is the amount from Weill Cornell - $7938. They said that I can either pay on my credit card, but it is more
than my limit. Or I could bring them a check, or below is a credit card authorisation form which we could also
use. It requires a signature of the person who's credit card is used though and I don't want to bother you for that.
In addition my medications were around $1600 which I put on Amex.
