1 1/2 cup of almond flower
5 table spoons of Psyllium husks!.
2 teaspoon baking powderm
1/2 teaspoon Baking yeast
1/2 tea spoon salt
3 egg
2 tablespoon Apple vinegar
1 cup hot water
Date syrup to sweeten as you wish
3 tablespoons ground Flaxseeds
1 tablespoons flaxseed whole
5 tablespoon ground coconut
Pre heat 200 for 35 minuets
Bread
1 1/4 cups almond flower

1/2 tea spoon salt

1 cup hot water
Cook in a pan like pan cake
Small Pizza
1/3 cup almond flower
1/2 tea spoon salt
2 table spoon psyllium husk
1/3 cup egg white
Pre heat 200 for 15 minuets

Paratha Bread
Ingredients
V2 cup almond flour
V2 cup tapioca flour
1 cup coconut milkcanned and full fat
V2 teaspoon salt
grassfed gheeenough to grease pan and to serve with bread
In a bowl combine bread ingredients to form a batter.
Ladle 1/4 cup of the batter onto a greased 9.5-inch non-stick frying pan on low-
medium heat and allow the flat bread to cook until the bottom firms slightly,
then remove and place on a large baking sheet.
Repeat until batter is done.
You should now have 6 half-cooked flatbreads (naans) (if you have more... just
eat one. You will need two naans/tortillas to make one stuffed flat bread).
Brush melted ghee around the naan
Repeat until you've made enough breads.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
