- Capacity (how many barges to be docked at the same time).
- Docking purpose.
- Facilities needed on dock.
- Dock Facilities to propose.
- Maritime signaling, buoys and other dock approach requirements.
For pleasure dock (100x10Ft)
- Boat expectations (biggest boat allowed to dock).
- Capacity (how many boats allowed to dock at the same time, considering the biggest ones)
- Facilities needed on dock.

Mr. Epstein says the barge docks will need to be 100 feet in length and 15 feet in width.
The private dock can be 100 feet in length by 10 feet in width.
