hotel needs Engineer , architect and Structural engineer to confirm construction done according to drawings
since they can't open the wall in 7 places , all have confirmed they will early next week then inspection will be
signed off by the third party engineer and then TCO
For Southampton May 1 we can call for Time of the Essence closing which latest will be May 21
We are calling it for the 10th
