Attached are 1) LDB tax summary showing multi-year taxable income/tax and a schedule of estimated tax for Federal/
states. Plan is to pay zero Federal (large overpayment) and $2.3mm NYS (protect basis). The other states either have
overpayments or information has not been provided (Apollo) or will come with 2016 K-1's (not large amounts owed)
Also attached is draft BJAV tax return (partnership) due 6/15/16. Password to follow in separate email.
