Mr. Krause is currently CEO of Celestial, a London based principal investment firm. Previously Mr. Krause
was a Member of the Management Board of Deutsche Bank AG from April 1, 2008 to December 31, 2015. Mr.

for Sales and Marketing at BMW Group since October 2007, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from May 16,
2002 to October 1, 2007. Mr. Krause served as the CEO at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Limited. He was
responsible for BMW and Mini sales in Europe from 2000 to 2002. He was the President of BMW Financial
Services USA from 1995
to 2000.
Mr. Krause served as a Member of Economic Advisory Council at Bayerische Landesbank, and was a member
of the supervisory board on Allianz AG. He is a nominated member of the Rocket Internet supervisory
board. Mr. Krause studied Business Administration at the Julius Maximilian University of Wilrzburg and
graduated in 1986 with a Master's degree in Business Administration. He was bom and raised in Colombia.
