Note that in April we built in large cushion and Apollo came in with a late revision downward of LTCG ($6MM) so we may fine tune NYS as there likely is a larger overpayment. We can look at California and Iowa income from Apollo to determine what if any might be payable in estimated tax in June. Amounts would be small.
