It is an excellent location : right next to Harvard medical complex
The land is around 80 million
Then there is building cost,which can be expensive
There is also other opportunity : 60 acres of land of a complex which was the head quarter of Boston
globe ( the newspaper )
They are asking 80 million
But renovation would be in the order of 10
Million
Location is right next to the JFK library
So not bad as it is along the red line
