I spoke to Erika about the other issue with CZM. I have suggested that we offer to do a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
for the island and implement the "best management practices (BMPs) along the roadways that were cleared. That we will have it in place
and when we want to do something else we simply modify the SWPPP.

back pocket so to speak for S years with the COE without even extending and I year with CZM that could easily be extended for
