As you know, your time to obtain a commitment, finish your inspection and submit your deposit has expired, and your
contract for the purchase of the property is terminated. To be fair to the other prospective purchasers who expressed
interest in signing a contract on the property, as well as to ensure that the sale of the property can proceed without delay,
the only proper thing to do at this time would be reopen the property and proceed to contract with the first acceptable
offer. Should your inspections, appraisal and commitment come in before we sign with another, Seller would have no
objections to re-signing with you and proceeding to closing with you. However, until that time, we must continue to hold
the property open for purchase to all interested parties. We certainly hope you will be able to get everything together
before Seller proceeds with another Buyer. We thank you for your continued interest.
