its clear that the chance curves are constant. how to move up the curve , is luck. feyman when discussing
quantum said each particle hits a surface, some percentage are reflected , its IMpossible to alter one and
change the outcome, this always disturbed him. he said it was clearly true , but no one could explain it.
some people will die of car accidents. ? not sure you can alter if its you or not.. unless you dont drive.?
