willing to agree to the price increase of $18.7m and let you incorporate the upcoming scheduled maintenance
as part of your prebuy inspection as long as everything is still accomplished at Pentastar Aviation. For clarity,
all flat rate costs will be Buyer's responsibility and the Seller will be responsible for the cost of the
discrepancies.
Let me know when you are planning on sending somebody to Pentastar for the visual inspection and I will
coordinate as necessary.
