Daphne & Rich - attached for your files is the Application for transfer of permit which we are waiting on the
approval for. A copy of the permit is attached. I spoke with Michele Baker and she advised that we have a
March 1 renewal date - therefore we need to make payment for this upcoming year. The permit fee for 2016
is $2764.01. Let me know if you want me to pay or if you will drop a check off.
