approval on David s purchase of a company + restructuring of another co. We have a minority of blocage and
tgey need our signature tomorrow. Quite ironic for somebody who has publicly refused us board
representation....

Vous trouverez par ailleurs un organigramme puisqu'il existe en fait plusieurs entites.
A noter que les Directors mentionnes dans ce documents (K. Cooper, S. Komaroff, D. Lines, C. Messulam)
sont maintenant remplaces par F. Morin et Quorum Corp. Services (represent& par J. Collis et H. de Frias).
Les protecteurs sont maintenant P. Siisswein et F. Morin et non plus S. Komaroff et C. Messulam.
