Dear Noam,
Max advised me that the Mass estimate in the amount of $30,000 per the CPA's recommendation has been paid from the
trust. He advised me that the federal estimate of $150,000 per Richard's instruction was paid a couple of weeks ago. He
made the payments based on the vouchers. I will ask him to provide a transaction statement from the trust for your
records and will forward that along.
