I am glad we agree that no information about our finances should be provided to Max Kohlenberg, or anyone
else. Do you now have all the information you need for filing the extension? If not, what should we send?
We have been advised that since our previous arrangements are still valid, we need not sign the engagement
letter at this time in order to have the extension filed.

Dear Noam, and Valeria,
We did not disclose any financial or tax information to Max Kohlenberg in his telephone call to Matt Mazotas
earlier this morning. Max stated that he had received a call from Mr. Kahn inquiring about Max's ability to
make funds available for tax payments. Max therefore called Matt to see if we had any information about the
amounts of tax payments that were due. Matt informed Max that he did not have any information about tax
payments, and that we did not have enough information that would be necessary to calculate the tax payments
that would be due on 4/17. In short, we did not provide any financial or tax information to Max Kohlenberg.
Please note that it is a routine procedure for various members of the advisory team be able to communicate with
each other to collaborate for the best interests of each client. Toward that objective, you signed our standard
authorization form allowing us to communicate directly with your other advisers that is valid until April, 15,
2019. This would include advisors like Bainco, RIW, Max and more recently you authorized us to talk with Mr.
Kahn.
Before we continue with any further work for your 2017 tax returns, would you please sign and return our
engagement letter that was included in the package that was sent to you in January.
Best regards,
EFTA00834166
Nick

I understand from Richard Kahn that you informed Max Kohlenberg about the financial information that we
provided to you yesterday. Plainly, this is quite improper. Kohlenberg has no right to know anything that I do
not personally provide him with. This is a serious breach of confidentiality. Could you please inform me -- and
me alone! -- of the amount of taxes that are due.
Noam
