I'm hoping you could maybe please help me out. I applied for retirement from CBP but it takes a 2-3 months
before you start getting paid. In December I bought a piece of property and paid cash for it, I would be happy
to supply you with those documents , that the land is free and clear to have a house built on it.
I was hired to work for Royal Caribbean as an immigration/ customs human resource manager to make sure
that all the international crew documents are in order for US ports. And that's how the income I was going to
use for the construction loan.
My father got very sick and is on hospice care. Right before I was to leave for the first contract in January
my mom needed me to stay and help her with my father. So I had to turn down the first four month contract it
was to be four months on two months off.
With out being able to start receive my CBP retirement income, the bank will not give me a construction loan.
When the house is done it won't be valued at 475, 000. is there anyway you could help me out for maximum
six month.? Could I borrow from you 200,000?
I'm sure this is not a typical request you receive from friends but if you could help me out I would greatly
appreciate it.
