I airplane still no strucgture change proposal ? numbers make little sense to me without the basics included
.. for ex , hours flown, ? how many on payrolll. . maintenance coming do? big checks, upgrade
requirements etc. .
2. phaidon. how was the 2 millino number arrived at, was it re- valued , was it valued after the 3 million
additional loan. ? why a five year note. ? any changes on guarantees lease . going concern etc. any new fbar
dislcosures for brad.? fatca?
3. cash flow is odd. loan casade recorded as 25million in, has anyone checked with them about withdrawal
rights terms, notifications etc.? . do you have uses of cash since november? . on art loan . . who suggested
that the interest rates would go up 25 bp , each quarter???!!/
has leon agreed to an 8 milliion cash pay down on airplane? , has anyone checked with boat captain ,
extraordinary maintenece.. etc? sale of boat? has leon signed off on art expenses. . why framing if there are no
purchases ?
4.. bank closings were these reviewd with Leon , it says some delayed as a result of needing debras prod co
signatrues? who?
