On another note, in regards to the phone system, I spoke with Dean Dennet, an associate with Innovative. He confirmed
my suggestion about expanding the system to accommodate more extensions. I also mentioned to him about the
problem with line 1 on the kitchen extension since he was the one who resolved the issue when Terrence was
troubleshooting our phones in the past.
I would like to request permission from Innovative to have Mr. Dennet specifically assigned to us to resolve the current
problem. Innovative charges $85 per hour. May I contact them and set a date?
