Hi Richard-
I had a last minute showing at 124 Parc Monceau today at 2:00 pm. An agent in my office asked to see it with her
clients and the client's designers (from NYC). She loved the house. She is however an older woman (in her 80's) and
was a little concerned with the stairs to the master bedroom. I did suggest the possiblity of an elevator. She liked the
house enough to have her husband come and take a look this week. She also mentioned that it may be a good second
home for her daughter. She is very qualified.
