long conversation. However he agreed to all ie -- He will not go to Davos. , he will start working from"
home" , until summer. He will sign all documents required. a total of 1.5 million euros . to be paid over 2
years. 750k per year. . confidentiality , no disparagement etc. - one small outstanding issue - he says his
last year bonus payments were deferred until this year and next (2017) approx 90 k per year. Does he still
get this? I was not sure of the legal requirements.. See you later .
