Just left the house — loved Steve and the meeting went great — we have agreed to not do any capital improvements
other than fix the leak by the downstairs door leading to the dock
The actions to be taken immediately are:
1. Steam clean both facade and driveway
2. Begin open houses starting this Sunday if possible
3. Provide 2 staging options asap
4. Place ads
Kerry will be sending you a marketing plan in the next few days but for now we are on top of everything
