Here are the three series A valuation scenarios ($25M, $50M, $75M) mapped out.
Also exit pathways. Note that series A venture firms often want to buy out existing note holders and may even
pay premium but we cannot commit to this as a certainty in terms of exit at series A so please factor that into
your assessment.

We are very hopeful this can be executed quickly and our main issue is to achieve clarity whether this

have maintained them as a plan B but cannot defer a decision.
