Joe/Rich-Perhaps we shld set up a long (?) meeting with jeffrey at his home or our office to go thru all this. I would like to
enter the conversation with specific ideas/suggestions for jeffrey which I know we have started to do. Question is whether
we have ada and john join which might be helpful in certain areas but jeffrey may feel inefficient...
