Good Afternoon Mr. Kahn,
After discussing with the previous AYH GM, our EVP of Operations Kenny Jones, and researching documents
and correspondence regarding P-dock:
It is our understanding that the owners of P-dock (AYH only manages the dock) do not wish to have the LSJ
barge return to the dock after the refurbishment. The concern is that dock damage has/could result to P-dock by
the LSJ barge due to it being oversized and overweight for the dock design.
As managers of P-dock, IGY/AYH are compelled to follow the owners wishes, and so have reassigned the barge
to D-dock where it berths now. If LSJ were to secure the permission of the P-dock owner to return the barge to
P-dock, AYH would be happy to make the slip reassignment.
Please let me know if you would like the P-dock owners contact information.
