As discussed on the telephone on Friday (December llth) further to the photos received from Valdson, please
inform Mr. Epstein's insurance about the water damage in the "chinese bedroom" and keep me updated
on the insurance response.
NB:
On Friday, I was in contact with HELLIER DU VERNEUIL and was told that the representative of the
owner O1O MAR contacted them a few days ago to mention water leaking along a wall in their apartment on
the 3rd floor. Mr. Camaille and Mr. Vion from HELLIER DU VERNEUIL have already asked a firm to search
where the leak comes from. I am sending to HELLIER DU VERNEUIL a confirmation mail about the
telephone discussion I had with them on Friday.
