I have enclosed the following drafts;
1. Clean version of the May 9, 2011 lease agreement. This needs to be signed by M in two copies allowing T to register the
lease agreement to perfect his interest as recently allowed by M.
2. Draft Addendum to the May 9,2011 lease incorporating the changes to the May 9, 2011 lease, i.e.(i) indefinite lease
period (" tidsubestemt") giving T by virtue of law a stronger protection against termination by M and (ii) the lease payment
and adjustment of the lease payment as proposed by M.
3. Clean version of the May 9, 2011 Option Agreement. This should preferably be signed in two copies by M allowing T to
register the option to perfect his interest, if accepted by M.
4. Draft Addendum to the May 9, 2011 Option Agreement reinstating the May 9, 2011 Option Agreement. M might not
like to sign.
5. Draft straight "as is" purchase agreement at MNOK 18 as per standard agreement issued by the Norwegian Consumer
Council. It should be self-explanatory. NOK 450 000 is official registration fee (dokumentavgift) for the registration of the
deed. The agreement contains a provision that the parties will appoint a third party (DNB?) to collect the purchase price
and to register the deed in the name of T.
