Mr Epstein has now spoken to Michael. They agreed that Mr. Kadosh would provide us with audited revenue
numbers as well as net profits for the past 7 years. I am told that Mr. Kadosh indicated he has never seen the
most recent documents you sent us. Please let me know when you believe we can have these readily available
numbers
