I m certain you missed my emails so not to let you down. I do not type email or text well. I do this so as to
memorialize conversations that each of us might remeber differntly in the future
Issues. staffing. I suggested hiring new and REPLACING all others. the only question mark , not
just hitring new. I susggested new IT persion and systems last nov.. gone , no later than march of this year.
though in Nov I sent two texts and three callls saying she should go but would leave it to brad and you
training, is a broad category, for two years i have implored you to have better people set up your systems and
then have your teams operate them. you have chosen to do neither
