I am always happy to see you . I would cut short your trip to san fran. It is difficult for abigail or your partners
to witness your cognitive illness. I know you love your family and friends they love you. You have told me 4
separate times about your triip and the builidng. I know you dont remember each time. . MORT , you need a
Guardian. you should choose one now, while your judgment peeks through the haze. waiting too long. will
mean most likely a court imposed solution. NOT FUN. bring people you trust together , your nephews terje,
joel? harry? they will all help .

legal structure for your own protection. Terje your nephews and anyone else you trust , should be given
authority over your affairs. Your remarkable abilities . are no longer enough to protect you. Your daughter
and the people around you love you and only wish for the good. I am aware that your condition makes you
prone to suspicion but that being said , the future predictable decline will be an ever increasing danger.
Admittting you have a problem will take courage and determination. You and I sat at Sloan Kettering
when Abigial was ill. I made a pact with you that I would always tell you if things had gone too far. well
