Further to your instruction, we have prepared the attached draft marital agreement. Our intention was to memorialize
the oral agreements between you and Sam. You will recognize that we tweaked a few things. Largely this was done to
conform with legal terminology in Washington. We also included a section of boilerplate language in part III. Presumably
these will not cause any consternation as you will see that they are inoffensive.
Please let us know if you have any additional thoughts or edits before you share the agreement with Sam.
