depo dates , 24 25 , nov.. im not back before 15th... If i were you, knowing that the 4th is hearing oral
arguments and did not just send it back ( a neg for you). if i win, you will also need to take my fee depo. as
the liklihood of you even getting before the sc after that is nil. As a lawyer you really dont want to try to avoid
the judicial judgement.amount. if the dersh depos go forward , it will be impossible to settle. I realize that there
are others in the decision process, but delaying his depo until after the fourth rules seems to make sense to me,
but. I understand fully if you choose not to. at the moment i am still setting aside the early aftem000n of the
