100% executed except for art allocation scheds. Leon plans to do (again) soon. Leon shared some of your tax return
concerns and (a) I'll do my very best to get draft to you and alan on 10/5 as originally planned, perhaps with a short "open
issue" list and (b) after some very specific conversations on issues with rj yesterday I do believe I can contain unhelpful
"meanderings" into old issues.
Finally, called yesterday but you were busy; you and I shld talk tomorrow abt weird $$ requests from rj to you. Leon and I
