Spoke to the guys and they will hand deliver entity returns to you today (call rich if you need electronic) for
everything except avioneta which will be delivered in draft form tomorrow. On avioneta we have complete
financials (p&l and bal sheet) and they are being inputted/reviewed by tom today. However, we want to have
one more conversation with the tax attorneys on funds flows and cash credits from jet aviation before we go
final; Unfortunately, that call can't be scheduled until next week. That notwithstanding we'll get you the draft
tomorrow. Let's talk as necessary. B
