we are in the middel of much construction. I suggest that finishing the jobs as quickly and as properly as
possible , be your first concern. even if you have to step back and let guy return. personel issues can be
dealt with AFTER consttuction is complete. doing so now while hurricane , roads etc are in progress
seems silly
