This is my previous paint thickness report that was accomplished 12/4/2013
Max Mill thickness at Savanah,. allowed average is 6mills
According to Gulfstream a max of 8mills is allowed if clear coat is applied.,
Appears most of entire aircraft is more than double its minimum.,
Disregard upper wing readings since we repainted upper surface.
Those original readings were 4 and 6 times max allowable on upper surface of wing.
I'm not saying this is our solution, but we both agree if feels like airframe buffet., like your previous email
stated,. 28,000 ft is true airspeed to Mach change, and provides the worst buffet range.
