I have attached a Promissory Note payable to Jeffrey Epstein along with a Consent Judgment. Please fill in
your address in both documents where indicated ,after your signature on the Promissory Note and in the
blank space in paragraph 2 of the Consent Judgment), sign the documents and return them to me by email and
Fed Ex. It will not be necessary to notarize your signature on either document. Also, please send me wire
transfer instructions so I can arrange with Rich Kahn to send you the loan proceeds once I receive the signed
loan documents from you. Thank you.
